Which online degree program(s) do you teach?

MBA – Finance

  • Which classes do you teach online?

FIN 748: Financial Instruments and Markets

  • What do you want students to take away from your classes?

Finance is just as much of an art as it is an objective science. I encourage creativity and critical thinking once students have a solid foundation of the basics. Finance is about getting the numbers correct, while at the same time understanding that there is always room for flexibility and adjustment.

  • What advice would you give to those considering the online MBA program?

Completing the MBA program online requires time management skills and significant self-discipline on the part of the student to get the work done. Once completed, students will find that they have the tools and skills necessary to lead in today's business world.

  • Tell us something interesting about yourself that your students may not know.

I have three children under the age of 10.

I previously worked at a university in San Diego, California, and may be the first person in the history of the world to move from San Diego back to Philadelphia.

    I have completed three marathons.
