La Salle Technology online

Here’s a step-by-step guide to applying for a La Salle Technology online programs:

  1. Create an account to start an application.
  2. Provide your name, email, the school where you were most recently enrolled, and your anticipated start semester.
  3. Create your password.
  4. You will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions to activate your account.
  5. Click "Create New Application."
  6. Select "La Salle University Online Programs."
  7. Select "Technology Online."
  8. Select your Start Term.
  9. Select your anticipated part of term start—first eight-week session or second eight-week session.
  10. Click "Submit."
  11. Click "Preliminary Questions" on the right-hand side and then click "Begin" to choose your anticipated major and answer all required questions. Save changes.
  12. Click "Personal Information" on the right-hand side.
  13. Under "Personal Information," click "Begin" to confirm your name and email address. Save changes.
  14. Under "Biographical Information," click "Begin" to submit your citizenship, national identification numbers, gender, date of birth and ethnicity. Save changes.
  15. Under "Address Information," click "Begin" to enter your home address and phone numbers. Save changes.
  16. Click "Employer Information" on the right-hand side and then click "Begin" to enter your employer name and address. Save changes.
  17. Click "Education" on the right-hand side to enter your current or previous college/university enrollment dates and degrees earned.
  18. Click "Relationships" on the right-hand side to enter the names of family member dependents (international students only).
  19. Click "Additional Documentation" on the right-hand side to upload your resume.
  20. Click "Verification" on the right-hand side to verify submission of your application and acknowledge the nondiscrimination policy. Save changes.
  21. Click "Submit Application" on the right-hand side, and you’re finished.

To be accepted for admission into the program, a student must present:

  • A completed application form
  • Official transcript of all university-level work attempted or completed; A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education is required demonstrating a GPA of at least 3.0.
  • A current professional résumé
  • Provide a personal statement (about 500 words in length) explaining why you are interested in this program, your qualifications and how this program will assist with your professional goals

Selection Criteria

  • Because each applicant’s background and profile is unique, the Admission Committee does not establish specific quantitative minimum requirements for admission.
  • La Salle University does not discriminate against any applicant because of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, or marital status. Admission is based solely upon an applicant’s qualifications.

Transfer Credit

  • An applicant may request the transfer of graduate credit(s) earned at another institution. Each request will be evaluated on its own merits. Grades accepted for transfer must be “B” or better. A maximum of six credits on the graduate level (600-level) will be accepted for transfer purposes.

The program is open to applicants without regard to age, creed, race, sex or national origin. Because written and oral communication is an integral part of many courses, students must communicate clearly in English.

International students may take this program in the online format, however, the does not the requirements set by the United States to allow applicants to qualify for a student visa (“F” status). For international students considering the online format for the program, the application needs to include an evaluation of the transcript by a third party such as the World Education Service (WES). Students need to contact the third party agency for directions on submitting transcripts for evaluation.
